Bank feeds authorisation

When you’re setting up the bank feeds service, you need to authorise your bank. This instructs your bank to disclose your banking information to Sage.

The authorisation process varies depending on your bank account, follow the relevant instructions from those listed below:

RBS and NatWest

To authorise your bank account, you must follow the instructions on the authorisation form you downloaded. The authorisation process can take 5 working days from receiving the form before the connection is set up.

Lloyds and Bank of Scotland

To authorise your bank account, you must follow the instructions on the authorisation form you downloaded. The authorisation process can take 10 working days from receiving the form before the connection is set up.

HSBC

To authorise your bank account, you must log into your online banking to enable the feed. The authorisation process can take 3 working days before the connection is set up.

Tide

To authorise your bank account, you must complete the steps after this link. The authorisation process can take 24 hours before the connection is set up.

CashPlus

To authorise your bank account, you must follow the instructions on the authorisation form you downloaded. The authorisation process can take 5 working days from receiving the form before the connection is set up.

All other banks

To authorise your bank account, you must follow the instructions on screen when you set up bank feeds. The authorisation process can take approximately 30 minutes before the connection is set up.
