Check for new transactions

Your bank feeds usually refresh once every 24 hours, depending on your bank account. New transactions automatically appear in the Banking tab for the relevant bank account.

In some circumstances, you may need to refresh your bank feeds so that it can communicate correctly with your bank.

Find your bank below to see how often your transaction are updated:

RBS and NatWest

Files are received Monday to Friday containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

Lloyds and Bank of Scotland

Files are received Tuesday to Saturday containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

HSBC

Files are received every day containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

Tide

Files are received every day containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

CashPlus

Files are received Tuesday to Saturday containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

All other banks

Yodlee refreshes with your bank every 24 hours containing the previous day’s transactions, meaning your transactions will only refresh once per day.

If you use any additional security, for example a pin sentry card reader, you may have to refresh your transactions. If required, you will be prompted to enter this information.

  • 2. Click the refresh button.
