Forgot your password
If you’re unable to sign in because you forgot your password, you can easily reset it.
- 1. Visit "https://www.sage.com/en-gb/sage-business-cloud/accounting/, then click Sign in.
- 2. Click the Forgot your password? link.
- 3. Enter your registered email address, then select the I’m not a robot check box.
- 4. Click Continue.
A verification code is sent to your email address. If you need us to resend the code, click the Having trouble with your code? link.
- 5. Enter the verification code, then click Continue.
- 6. If you created security questions, enter the answers to the questions provided, then click Continue.
If you can’t remember the answers to your security questions, please contact us for further assistance.
- 7. Enter and confirm the new password, then click Reset Password.
You’ve successfully changed your password and confirmation of this is sent to your registered email address.
