How to amend client details within Sage Business Cloud

Amend client details (non-particpating Licences)

You must amend client details before you can grant them access to their subscription.

  • 1. Log in to Partner Edition.
  • 2. Select the client you’d like to amend from the list (this will open the sidebar).
  • 3. Hover over Manage.
  • 4. Select Edit Client Info.
  • 5. Enter details as required.
  • 6. Select Save.

To grant your client access to their subscription

  • 1. Select the client you’d like to amend from the list (this will open the sidebar).
  • 2. Hover over Manage.
  • 3. Select Give client access.
  • 4. Enter the client’s email address into both boxes.
  • 5. Select Invite & Continue. Your client will then be emailed instructions on how to activate their licence.

Amend client details (participating licences only)

  • 1. Log in to Partner Edition.
  • 2. Select the client you’d like to amend from the list (this will open the sidebar).
  • 3. Hover over Manage.
  • 4. Enter your client’s details (Only enter their email address if you want your client to have access to their subscription).
  • 5. Select Save.

Once you’ve completed the steps above, you’ll need to email our administration team so we’re aware of your changes.

Please email: SageBusinessCloudAdministration@sage.com with the following information:

  • The client’s business name and their email address.
  • Your company’s name.
  • Your Partner Edition login email address.
