Unable to find certain nominal ledgers when creating transactions
When creating transactions such as invoices and bank transactions, not all the ledger accounts are appearing on the drop down list. This is due to the visibility section in the Chart of Accounts.
To edit the visibility settings:
- 1. Click Settings. In the Financial Settings section, click Chart of Accounts.
- 2. Click the relevant nominal ledger account.
- 3. In the Visibility section, select where you need the ledger visible.
- 4. Click Save.
