Create Retirement Annuity Contract

Enter details of your client’s Retirement Annuity Contract.

If your client has more than one contract, complete a Create Retirement Annuity Contract page for each.

Enter where indicated:

  • Company name
  • Contract number
  • Date payments commenced
  • Date payments ceased (if appropriate)
  • Total contract payments for the year

The information entered here will be used to help populate the Retirement Annuity Contracts section of Reliefs.

From the Save drop-down menu:

  • Select Save and Close to save the information entered and to return to Reliefs.
  • Select Save and New to save the information entered and to open a fresh Create Retirement Annuity Contract page.

How do I get here? From Reliefs, go to Retirement Annuity Contracts and click Create Contract.
